Following the settlement of the acquisition of 6,822,351 shares on 12 May 2021, the ordinary shares in Atrium held by Gazit Gaia Limited amount to 182,564,969 ordinary shares (corresponding to 46.12% of the voting rights) and, thus the shareholding of Gazit Gaia Limited in Atrium exceeded the threshold of 45%.
