Vienna, Austria - The sale of UNIQA Assicurazioni SpA and its subsidiaries
operating in Italy, UNIQA Previdenza SpA and UNIQA Life SpA to the Italian
mutual insurance company Società Reale Mutua di Assicurazioni, which was
announced by UNIQA on 2 December 2016, was legally completed after a little bit
