SMART Technologies Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against CTOUCH in the Netherlands

Calgary, Alberta (ots/PRNewswire) - SMART Technologies ULC today
announced the filing of a patent
infringement complaint in the Netherlands before the District Court
of The Hague against CTOUCH EUROPE B.V. for infringement of SMART's
European Patents EP 1 739 528 and EP 1 420 335 by the CTOUCH Leddura,
Leddura XT (excluding the 84"), Lexinus and Laser lines of
interactive displays.
