meeting Dr. Uwe Ganzer has been elected new chairman of the supervisory board.
Dr. Dieter Thomae passed the chair for personal reasons. He remains closely
connected to the company as deputy chairman of the supervisory board. The
supervisory board thanks Dr. Dieter Thomae for his successful activity as
previous chairman.
