Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG)

1) Centaurus Capital LP, London, United Kingdom, informed us pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on December 29, 2010 the voting rights of
Centaurus Capital LP in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has exceeded
the
threshold of 3 and 5 percent and amounted to 5.06 percent (1070665 shares)
in
relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

These voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
of the WpHG.

2) Centaurus Capital Ltd., London, United Kingdom, informed us pursuant to sec.
21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on December 29, 2010 the voting rights of
Centaurus Capital Ltd. in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has exceeded
the threshold of 3 and 5 percent and amounted to 5.06 percent (1070665
shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.

These voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

3) Centaurus Global Holding Ltd., Gran Cayman, Cayman Islands, informed us
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on December 29, 2010 the voting
rights of Centaurus Global Holding Ltd. in Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf,
Germany has exceeded the threshold of 3 and 5 percent and amounted to 5.06
percent (1070665 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares.

These voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.

4) Bernard Oppetit, United Kingdom, informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of
the WpHG that on December 29, 2010 the voting rights of Bernard Oppetit in
Demag Cranes AG, Düsseldorf, Germany has exceeded the threshold of 3 and 5
percent and amounted to 5.06 percent (1070665 shares) in relation to all
shares of the respective voting shares.

These voting rights are attributed pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6
in connection with sent. 2 of the WpHG.
