Paris (euro adhoc) - Motion network Holding PLC : Result of the AGM

The board announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 6th
January 2010, all resolutions were duly passed.

The board announces that a professional fundraiser, Edouard Hetland Brault,
joined the teamwork, in order to find key investors for a fast development of
the company.

Edouard Hetland Brault has been active in the financial markets for more than 10
years with French and British institutions and was head of Equity Strategy for
HSBC in France. He then founded and managed the multi family office MTC art de
vivre, providing services and expertise to ultra high net worth individuals
amongst whom a CAC 40 group owner and several European business leaders.

He currently manages ILML a private equity capital raising company active in
France, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. His network comprises many top
executives and professionals in the media and cinema businesses in France and in
the USA.

The next eight to twelve weeks will be dedicated to meetings with potential
investors in several countries : family offices, ultra high net worth
individuals, business angels and private equity funds specialized in the media
sector.
