Disclosure according to section 93 para 2 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act
Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium") with its principal offices in
Jersey hereby announces according to section 93 para 2 of the Austrian Stock
Exchange Act (Börsegesetz) that it has been notified by jointly Gazit Globe Ltd
and CPI CEE Management LLC pursuant to section 91 para 1 and 92 Austrian Stock
Exchange Act that, following the indirect acquisition of shares with voting
rights, their indirect interest in shares with voting rights of Atrium European
Real Estate Limited has reached and exceeded the threshold of 30% as of 16
September 2009.
As already published in Atrium's shareholder circular of 17 September 2009, on
16 September 2009, Gazit Gaia Limited (an affiliate of Gazit-Globe Ltd)
acquired shares in Atrium European Real Estate Limited. As a result of this
acquisition, since 16 September 2009, Gazit Globe Ltd and CPI CEE Management
LLC jointly hold indirectly via Gazit Gaia Limited, Gazit Midas Limited,
CPI/Gazit Holdings Limited, CPI CEE Limited, CPI CEE Co-Invest 1 Limited, CPI
CEE Co-Invest 2 Limited and CPI CEE Co-Invest 3 Limited a total of 82,076,979
voting rights in Atrium European Real Estate Limited (37,393,646 shares each
carrying one vote and 8,043 Special Voting Shares carrying a total of
44,468,333 voting rights) which represents 30.188% of the voting rights of
Atrium European Real Estate Limited.
