announces that the complaint filed by HLSP Holdings Corp., Puerto Rico, in
liquidation ("HLSP"), for damages in the amount of at least EUR 40 million for
an alleged delay in listing of shares (see Ad-hoc-Message of 14 July 2008) has
been dismissed in its entirety by the Superior Court in Delaware/USA in a
summary judgment issued on 31 March 2009.
