Metolius Foundation and Ringerike GmbH & Co. Luftfahrtbeteiligungs KG on 20
October 2008 7.9968% of the voting shares of Air Berlin PLC. Reidun Lundgren
previously held 8.58% of the voting shares.
The Metolius Foundation is a Liechtenstein foundation and is controlled by
Reidun Lundgren. Reidun Lundgren also controls Ringerike GmbH & Co.
Luftfahrtbeteiligungs KG, a German limited partnership, which held 640,275
shares in Air Berlin PLC both before and after the transaction which is the
subject of this notification.
