As of March 2009, changes in the composition of the management board of POLYTEC
HOLDING AG were decided unanimously by the supervisory board.

NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

As of March 2009 Mr. Klaus Rinnerberger takes over the function as Chief
Financial Officer of POLYTEC HOLDING AG. Klaus Rinnerberger has many years of
experience as Chief Financial Officer in several companies - 1998 MAGNA
Automobiltechnik AG, 2000 VA TECH T&D, 2005 MAGNA STEYR AG.

REINHARD URMANN (COO) RETIRES AS MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Mr. Reinhard Urmann, COO of the AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEM DIVISION, left the management
board of POLYTEC HOLDING AG by mutual agreement as of March 1, 2009.
The operational responsibility for the AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEM DIVISION will be
assumed by Mr. Alfred Kollros, so far COO for the AUTOMOTIVE COMPOSITES- and CAR
STYLING DIVISION. As of March 2009 Mr. Kollros has the overall responsibility as
COO of POLYTEC GROUP.
