Mood and Motion AG forms joint venture in China with Hongfangyuan media holding

Frankfurt am Main (euro adhoc) - November 11, 2008

Mood and Motion AG, one of Europe's leading company producers of advertising
films, has formed a joint venture in China with the state-owned media holding
company Hongfangyuan.

Mood and Motion AG will hold a majority interest in the joint venture. In
particular, the strategic alliance will give the company access to a
high-quality media network in China. Hongfangyuan is also a joint venture
partner for the advertising agencies Lintas Lowe and McCann. It is planned to
establish the leading production company on the Chinese media market with joint
investment activities.

The joint venture is scheduled to go live in January 2009. Jürgen Bertams ist
the man behind the joint venture - he has been a member of Mood and Motion AG's
Executive Board since October 8, 2008. Several projects are already in early
advance planning.
Mood and Motion AG (previously: Neue Sentimental Film AG) has been listed since
November 22, 2000. The shares are traded in Deutsche Börse's Prime Standard with
German Securities Code (WKN) 534140 (ISIN: DE0005341408).
