Ad hoc announcement in accordance with section 15 of the Securities Trading Act
("WpHG"):

CompuGROUP secures majority shareholding in Profdoc ASA (Lysaker, Norway)

CompuGROUP Holding AG in Koblenz has informed Prodoc ASA that it reached an
agreement with the major shareholders on June 15, 2008 to acquire a total of
58.46 % of the company´s shares at

a price of NOK 40 per share. In conjunction with the existing holding of 10.32%
held since April 18 , 2008, this increases CompuGROUP´s equity stake in Profdoc
to 68.78 %.

This means that CompuGROUP will submit a mandatory offer to the remaining
shareholders in the next few days. The board of Profdoc ASA will recommend its
shareholders to accept the forthcoming offer.
