We have received the following announcements pursuant sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG:

1. On 29 April 2008 the holding of voting rights of Drake Associates, L.P., Glen
Head, New York/USA, in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to section 21
para. 1 WpHG fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.02% (851,931) as of
this date.

Thereof, 3.70% (784,623 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22
para. 2 WpHG which are held directly by Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited.

2. On 29 April 2008 the holding of voting rights of Butterfield Trust (Bermuda)
Limited, Hamilton/Bermuda Islands, in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.02%
(851,931 voting rights) as of this date.

Thereof, 0.32% (67,308 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22
para. 2 WpHG.

3. On 29 April 2008 the holding of voting rights of Drake Asset Management LLC,
Glen Head, New York/USA, in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, pursuant to section 21
para. 1 WpHG fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.02% (851,931 voting
rights) as of this date.

Thereof, 0.32% (67,308 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Further 3.70% (784,632 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG which are held directly by
Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited.

4. On 29 April 2008 the holding of voting rights of The Bank of N. T.
Butterfield & Son Limited, Hamilton/Bermuda Islands, in Thielert AG pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG fell below the threshold of 5% and amounts to 4.02%
(851,931 voting rights) as of this date.

Thereof, 3,70% (784,623 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through its controlled entity
Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited. Further 0.32% (67,308 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG.

In addition we have received the following announcements pursuant sec. 21 para.
1 WpHG:

1. On 28 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Sputnik Group Ltd.,
Nassau/Bahamas, in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany pursuant to Section 21 para. 1
WpHG fell below the threshold of 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounts to 0.12%
(25,400 voting rights) as of this date.

2. On 28 April 2008 the percentage of voting rights held by Pogan Invest
Corporation, Road Town, Tortola/British Virgin Islands, in Thielert AG,
Hamburg/Germany pursuant to Section 21 para. 1 WpHG fell below the threshold of
20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and amounts to 0.12% (25,400 voting rights) as of this
date.
