The Neschen AG announced today that due the fact that a replacement of the Chief
Operating Officer cannot take place before the third quarter of 2008 the
Supervisory Board has agreed upon the following changes within the company
organs - effective as of April 24th 2008:

The present Supervisory Board member Dr. Norbert Dieterich will be appointed to
the Board of Directors. He will be responsible for the whole technical division
of the company. An unobstructed transition of the company´s projects can take
place due to his previous integration into these.

Professor Dr. Wolfgang Greife will be appointed to member of the Supervisory
Board of Neschen AG. He teaches Mechanical Engineering and Biochemial
Engineering at the Technical College at Hanover. He will support the
Supervisory Board in the technical area in particular.

Both positions will be assigned transitionally until the appointment of a new
Chief Operating Officer has taken place. Dr. Dieterich will then re-enter into
the Supervisory Board.
