Cuxhaven, April 23, 2008 - Today Plambeck Neue Energien AG has concluded a
management contract with Mr. Bernd Paulsen (40) with a term of 1 July 2008 to 31
March 2011. Mr. Paulsen will be appointed as Board Member at the next
Supervisory Board Meeting of the Company. Mr. Paulsen is currently employed at
the wind turbine manufacturer Vestas and will be responsible for the devision
project development and realisation of wind farm projects at Plambeck Neue
Energien AG.
