accordance with §21 Abs. 1 WpHG their voting interests in Wincor Nixdorf AG,
Heinz-Nixdorf-Ring 1, 33106 Paderborn, Germany, have exceeded the threshold of 3
% on April 4, 2007 and amounted to 3.05% (1,010,479 shares).

Theses shares are attributed to Neuberger Berman pursuant to Paragraph 22
Section 1 Sentence 1 No 6WpHG.
