that on 2 November 2007 the voting interests held by Vanguard International
Explorer Fund, Wayne, PA/USA, exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights of
Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany.
At that time, the proportion of voting rights amounted to 3.54% (750,000 voting
rights) on this day.
