Frankfurt/Main, Nov. 27, 2006 - Neue Sentimental Film AG (ISIN: DE0005341408), a
leading, international media company for the production of advertising films and
TV formats, continued the positive trend set in the first quarters of 2006. With
revenues totaling EUR 5.7 million, the company recorded slightly positive EBIT
totaling EUR 2.6 thousand. EBIT was thus up substantially compared to Q3 2005 by
EUR 0.55 million (101%) to EUR 0.003 million.

Earnings for the period in the third quarter of 2006 totaled EUR -0.16 million,
and were thus up by EUR 0.3 million (65%) compared to Q3 2005. This means that,
for the first time, EBIT is positive at the end of the first nine months at EUR
0.03 million.

Revenues in the first nine months were up to EUR 23.9 million compared to EUR
23.8 million last year. After adjustment for discontinued operations, however,
there is a substantial 15% increase compared to the previous year's figure of
EUR 20.9 million.

Results for the period for the first nine months total EUR -0.39 million and are
thus up by EUR 0.7 million (65%) compared to September 30, 2005. This includes
the non-cash reversal of deferred tax assets resulting from the positive
earnings at individual subsidiaries as well as losses from deconsolidation.

The company believes that it is right on track to fulfill its own positive
forecasts.
