Tägerwilen/Switzerland, 23 June 2006. Board of Management and Board of Directors
of SAF Simulation, Analysis and Forecasting AG (ISIN CH0024848738 /WKNA0JD78),
distributing and developing Software for replenishment, announce the reduction
of the Board of Management as of 23 June 2006. Wolfgang Schütz, CTO since 2005
and in charge of product development, will assume responsibility for a crucial
area of activity - the establishment of the new business unit "Innovation &
Research". In this way SAF AG faces up to the technological challenges and meets
the market’s demand. In the position of an Executive Vice President Wolfgang
Schütz will assume control of this important business unit and will realise his
long-time experience.
In accordance with the size of the company the Board of Management will consist
of three members in the future: Dr. Andreas von Beringe, CEO, will additionally
sign for Innovation & Research. Oliver Drehmann, COO, who will also be
responsible for product development and Susanne Bergsteiner, CFO.
