IFEX Concludes Placement of 8.5 Million Shares

Amsterdam (ots/PRNewswire) - IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity
Exchange NV (ISIN: NL0000210532) www.ifexgroup.com announces the
successful completion of a private placement.

A total of 8,500,000 new shares have been placed totalling approx
EUR 1.2 million.

This capital increase will further strengthen the company's
capital base and will enable IFEX Group to further develop its
Innovation Finance Activities, as well as support the efforts of the
IFEX Interim Capital Division.

The private placement was arranged through Pinnacle Ltd.
