Shareholders on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at Roy Thomson Hall, 60 Simcoe
Street, Toronto, Ontario commencing at 10:00 a.m. EDT (Toronto time).

for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006 on the morning of the
