VIVACON AG acquires 306 apartments in top Cologne location

Cologne, July 1th 2005. VIVACON AG (ISIN 000604 8911) has today acquired 306
apartments on a 10,000 sqm plot of land in the Junkersdorf district of Cologne,
one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods, in close proximity to the faculty of
sports of the Cologne University. The fully let apartments were built in 1993
and comprise a total floor space of 9,700 sqm. The portfolio has already been
legally separated into individual condominiums which will be now be marketed to
current residents and investors. Conversion or renovation investments will not
be required. The parties agreed to not disclose the transaction volume.
