The Management Board of DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb
von elektronischen Systemen, München (ISIN: DE0005498901) resolved, subject to
the approval of the Supervisory Board, to make use of the authorization to
acquire Treasury Shares of the Company granted by the Shareholders at the
General Meeting on May 11, 2010 in accordance with Sec. 71 Para. 1 No. 8 of the
German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz).
The Company will acquire Treasury Shares up to a total amount of 176,309
(corresponding to not more than 5 % of the Company's Capital Share) within the
current fiscal year. The acquired Treasury Shares can be used according to the
authorization of the General Meeting for any legally permitted purpose.
The Treasury Shares of the Company will be purchased via Stock Exchange (Xetra).
The Company has engaged a credit institute with the independent conduct of the
purchase. The acquisition of Treasury Shares will commence from 13 February 2012
and will end on 31 December 2012 at the latest. The Company's Management Board
can decide to terminate the acquisition of Treasury Shares early at any time.
