1. Dr. h.c. Carsten Maschmeyer, Germany, has informed us on 20 December 2011
according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that his share of voting rights in
Marseille-Kliniken AG has exceed the thresholds of 3% and 5% on 16 December 2011
and has amounted to 5.33% on this day. This is equivalent to 776,478 voting
rights of the overall 14,580,000 voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG.

4.49% (654,478 voting rights) are attributed to Dr. h.c. Carsten Maschmeyer
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held by the following companies controlled by him,
whose voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG amounts to 3% or more:

- Paladin Asset Management GmbH
- MM Vermögensverwaltungs- GmbH & Co. KG
- MM Geschäftsführungs GmbH

2. MM Geschäftsführungs GmbH, Hanover, Germany, has informed us on 20 December
2011 according to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that their share of voting rights
in Marseille-Kliniken AG has exceed the thresholds of 3% on 16 December 2011 and
has amounted to 4.49% on this day. This is equivalent to 654,478 voting rights
of the overall 14,580,000 voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG.

4.49% (654.478 voting rights) are attributed to MM Geschäftsführungs GmbH
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 of the WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held by the following companies, controlled by MM
Geschäftsführungs GmbH, whose voting rights in Marseille-Kliniken AG amounts to
3% or more:

December 2011 and has amounted to 4.49% on that day. This is equivalent to
654,478 voting rights of the overall 14,580,000 voting rights in
