POLYTEC Holding was informed, that Aviva plc has disposed their indirectly held interest in the share capital of POLYTEC HOLDING AG.

As of May 6, 2011 AVIVA plc has disposed their controlling interest in DELTA Lloyd NV. Therefore the interest in POLYTEC HOLDING AG held by DELTA Lloyd NV is no longer attributable to Aviva plc.

DELTA Lloyd NV still holds, as announced via the voting rigts announcement of September 8, 2009 via several funds a total of 2,445,000 shares or 10,95 percent of the share capital of POLYTEC HOLDING AG.
