Global online network reaches 400 million users
Goldbach's international sales office in London

Kusnacht, February 14th, 2011. The Goldbach Group, the marketing leader for
electronic, mobile and interactive media, starts selling international online
advertising campaigns together with Adconion Media Group out of the Adconion
office in London. Customers located in London shall be approached and serviced
from this office in the future. The new network, which has arisen in partnership
between Goldbach Audience, the ARBO network and Adconion, reaches 400 million
Internet users through more than 3,000 premium websites around the world.

The Goldbach International team will work together in the future with Adconion
Global Sales to sell advertising to international customers and agencies for the
entire Goldbach Audience and ARBO network directly in London. Sites and portals
in the Goldbach Audience network shall profit from these activities. The
alliance between Goldbach Audience, the ARBO network and Adconion has created
the first and only pan-European online network. It enables international
customers and agencies to approach segmented target groups directly.

Goldbach Audience will specifically contribute its comprehensive know-how on the
markets in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as Eastern Europe and the
Adriatic region to this partnership. This network alone already represents over
2,000 websites exclusively.
